People 1st, along with the Learning and Skills Council in England and Jobcentre Plus has developed a pre–employment training programme for individuals considering a career within hospitality.
Designed to provide job-seekers with relevant industry knowledge and skills, as well as the confidence and motivation to quickly adjust to their chosen role, the two-week programme comes in modules and can be flexibly delivered to groups of learners.
